hṛdi saṃciṃtya viśveśaṃ kṣaṇaṃ yadvinimīlyate | devasya dakṣiṇe bhāge mahāyogoyamuttamaḥ
أن يتأمل المرء «فيشفِيشا» في القلب ويُغمِض العينين لحظةً؛ فهذا، في الجهة الجنوبية للربّ (الناحية المقدسة من كاشي)، هو أسمى المها-يوغا.
Skanda
Tirtha: Viśveśa/Avimukta-kṣetra (Kāśī)
Type: kshetra
Scene: A sādhaka seated near a Kāśī shrine precinct, eyes gently closed, right hand in dhyāna-mudrā, with Viśveśa envisioned as a radiant liṅga in the heart; the ‘southern quarter’ suggested by a temple mandala and directional markers.
Brief inward remembrance of Viśveśa in Kāśī is treated as a complete and supreme yogic accomplishment.
Kāśī, described through its sacred directional geography associated with the Lord (devasya dakṣiṇa-bhāga).
A simple dhyāna practice: contemplate Viśveśa in the heart and close the eyes momentarily (inner recollection).
