नाभेरधस्तु तिसृभिः पादौ षड्भिर्विशोधयेत् । मज्जेत्प्रवाहाभिमुख आपो अस्मानिमं जपन्
nābheradhastu tisṛbhiḥ pādau ṣaḍbhirviśodhayet | majjetpravāhābhimukha āpo asmānimaṃ japan
وتحت السرّة يُطهِّر بثلاثة أجزاء (من التراب)، والقدمين بستة؛ ثم يغطسُ مواجهًا للتيار وهو يرتّل مانترا «āpo asmān».
