yathā tenākhilaṃ hyetatpārvatīpatisātkṛtama | idaṃ carācaraṃ sarvaṃ dṛśyādṛśyamarūpiṇā
Skanda
Tirtha: Kāśī (cosmic-kṣetra framing)
Type: kshetra
Listener: dvija (brāhmaṇa)
Scene: Cosmic panorama: Śiva as an arūpa presence enveloping galaxies, gods, humans, animals, plants, and subtle beings; a faint outline of Śiva and Pārvatī as the sovereign couple, with the universe appearing as a garment or aura around Him.
The universe—visible and invisible—is pervaded and owned by the Formless Lord; nothing lies outside Śiva’s sovereignty.
The verse sits within Kāśī Khaṇḍa’s praise-context, presenting Kāśī as the ideal place to realize this all-pervading lordship.
None; it is a cosmological affirmation intended for contemplation and faith.
