Transliteration

kārtikasya caturdaśyāṃ viśveśaṃ yo vilokayet | snātvā cottaravāhinyāṃ na tasya punarāgatiḥ

من أبصرَ فيشفيشا (Viśveśa) في اليوم الرابع عشر من شهر كارتيكا، واغتسل في النهر الجاري شمالًا، فلا عودةَ له ثانيةً (إلى الولادة من جديد).
