idānīmeva tapasi bālye vayasi kaḥ śramaḥ | pādāṃguṣṭhakarīṣāgniḥ kadā maulimavāpsyati

إن مارستَ التقشّف الآن، في الطفولة، فأيُّ مشقّةٍ في ذلك؟ ومتى يبلغ «نارُ روثِ البقر عند إبهام القدم» قِمّةَ الرأس؟
