مع أنّها قائمة على الأرض فليست موضعًا أرضيًّا محضًا؛ ومع أنّها أسمى من السماء فقد وُضِعت هنا في متناول السالكين. المقيّدون بأغلال الدنيا يصيرون فيها واهبي الخلاص، ومن يموت فيها ينال الخلود. تُخدَم أبدًا من الآلهة على ضفاف النهر المطهِّر للعوالم الثلاثة؛ فلتَحْمِ كاشي—المدينةُ الملكيّة لتريبوراري (شيفا)—العالَمَ من النوازل.
