«يا براهما! رتِّب هذا لخدمة ذوي الميلادين. فإن نظام الخلق حقًّا أبديّ؛ وبذلك تعيش جموع البراهمة في سعادة». فلما سمع براهما، جدَّ العوالم، كلام فيشنو، عمل بمقتضاه.
Narrator (contextual); quoted instruction attributed to Viṣṇu, followed by narrative about Brahmā
Tirtha: Dharmāraṇya
Type: kshetra
Scene: Viṣṇu’s injunction is received by Brahmā, who turns toward instituting arrangements for the welfare and service of the dvijas; a cosmic court-like setting with Brahmā attentive and resolute.
Dharma is sustained by supporting sacred learning and righteous conduct; serving the twice-born is portrayed as a stabilizing force for society.
Dharmāraṇya is the sacred setting; the passage frames it as a purified holy forest where dharmic order is established and protected.
No specific rite is detailed; the prescription is institutional—arranging service/support for the dvijas as a dharmic duty.
