بعد أن يُؤدَّى تعظيم الإله على الوجه اللائق، فليُقم المرء بالطقوس العارضة المقرّرة. وبإشعال نار البيت بنَفَس الهواء، فليؤدِّ قربان الفايشفاديفا (Vaiśvadeva).
