इत्थं तयोक्तमाकर्ण्य पुरोऽगच्छद्द्विजात्मजः । विचिंत्य परिहासोक्तिं गच्छति स्म यथा पुरा
itthaṃ tayoktamākarṇya puro'gacchaddvijātmajaḥ | viciṃtya parihāsoktiṃ gacchati sma yathā purā
فلما سمع ما قاله الاثنان، مضى ابنُ البراهمة إلى الأمام. وتفكّر أنه لم يكن إلا قولًا على سبيل المزاح، فتابع طريقه كما كان من قبل.
