अर्घ्यमष्टगुणोपेतं पाद्यशुद्धोदकेन च । तेनैवाचमनं दद्यान्मधुपर्कं मधूत्तरम्

Transliteration

arghyamaṣṭaguṇopetaṃ pādyaśuddhodakena ca | tenaivācamanaṃ dadyānmadhuparkaṃ madhūttaram

Translation

وليُقدَّم الأرغْيَة (arghya) المشتمل على ثمانية عناصر مباركة، ومعه ماءُ غسلِ القدمين (pādya) من ماءٍ مُطهَّر. وبذلك الماء نفسه يُعطى الأتشامَنا (ācāmana)، ثم يُقدَّم المَدْهُوبَرْكَة (madhuparka) مُحسَّنًا بالعسل.
