स चांडालोऽपि संपूज्यः सर्ववर्णोत्तमो भवेत् । यानि तीर्थानि लोकेऽस्मिन्गंगायाः सरितश्च याः

sa cāṃḍālo'pi saṃpūjyaḥ sarvavarṇottamo bhavet | yāni tīrthāni loke'smingaṃgāyāḥ saritaśca yāḥ

وإن كان من طبقة التشاندالا (Caṇḍāla) فإنه يُستحق الإكرام ويُعَدّ أسمى الناس بين جميع الطبقات. وأيًّا كانت المزارات ومواطن العبور المقدسة في هذا العالم، وأيًّا كانت الأنهار التابعة للغانغا (Gaṅgā)—
