It teaches that Shiva’s grace is accessible to all beings regardless of their guna-based temperament; sincere bhakti expressed through worship leads to auspicious upliftment and spiritual well-being.
By emphasizing “pūjā-ādya” done with devotion, it supports Saguna worship—such as Linga-puja—as a practical means for devotees of any disposition to approach Pati (Shiva) and receive благоприят (bhadra) results.
Perform Shiva-puja with devotion—offerings, prayer, and mantra-japa (especially the Panchakshara, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”)—as the core practice, regardless of one’s present mental quality.
