शिशुकस्य शिवशास्त्रप्राप्तिः (Śiśuka’s Attainment of Śaiva Teaching and Grace)
प्रबलश्च तथा ह्येष मंत्रो मन्त्रान्तरादपि । सर्वरक्षाक्षमो ऽप्येष नापरः कश्चिदिष्यते
prabalaśca tathā hyeṣa maṃtro mantrāntarādapi | sarvarakṣākṣamo 'pyeṣa nāparaḥ kaścidiṣyate
إنّ هذا المانترا شديدُ القوّة، بل أقوى من سائر المانترا. وهو قادرٌ على منح الحماية الكاملة من كل وجه، ولا يُعَدّ شيءٌ آخر مساوياً له.
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Mahādeva
Mantra: (Implied) Namaḥ Śivāya
Type: panchakshara
Role: liberating
It declares the supreme efficacy of Shiva’s mantra as a complete spiritual safeguard—protecting the devotee outwardly and inwardly by aligning consciousness with Pati (Shiva), the liberator from pāśa (bondage).
In Saguna worship, mantra-japa is paired with Linga-upāsanā as the living form of Shiva’s grace; the verse affirms that the mantra itself functions as Shiva’s protecting presence, supporting steady devotion and purification.
Regular japa of Shiva’s mantra (especially the Panchakshara) with focused remembrance of Shiva—optionally supported by rudrākṣa and vibhūti—cultivating protection, purity, and steadfast bhakti.
