Tattva Level: pashu
Sthala Purana: Domestic aftermath rather than a tīrtha-origin; emphasizes the stabilizing continuation of dharma after divine intervention.
Significance: Highlights ‘sthiti’ at the human level: the devotee integrates the divine encounter into responsible care and protection of life.
Role: nurturing
It shows the movement from fear to inner assurance (viśrambha) after a sacred encounter, hinting that when one aligns with dharma and takes refuge in Shiva’s providence, anxiety subsides and life returns to rightful order.
Though the Liṅga is not named here, the verse reflects Saguna Shiva’s grace working through ordinary events—protection, reassurance, and guidance—encouraging devotees to see Shiva’s compassionate presence in daily life.
A practical takeaway is to cultivate remembrance of Shiva in moments of uncertainty—mentally repeating the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” to regain steadiness and trust before acting.
