प्रधानं प्रकृति तां च मायां गुणवतीं पराम् । बुद्धितत्त्वस्य जननीमाहुर्विकृतिवर्जिताम्
pradhānaṃ prakṛti tāṃ ca māyāṃ guṇavatīṃ parām | buddhitattvasya jananīmāhurvikṛtivarjitām
يسمّونها برادهانا (Pradhāna) وبراكريتي (Prakṛti) وكذلك مايا (Māyā)—القوّة العُليا الموصوفة بالـغونات. هي أمّ مبدأ البُدّهي (Buddhi، العقل الكوني)، ومع ذلك فهي بذاتها منزّهة عن كلّ تحوّل.
