सच्छ्रोत्रियास्तेऽनूचाना दीक्षितास्सोमयाजिनः । इति रूढिमिह प्राप्तास्तव पूर्वपितामहाः
sacchrotriyāste'nūcānā dīkṣitāssomayājinaḥ | iti rūḍhimiha prāptāstava pūrvapitāmahāḥ
إن أسلافك هنا قد استقرّوا بوصفهم براهمةً ويديين حقًّا: متقنين للتلاوة المقدّسة، قد نالوا الدِّكشا (التلقين/التهيئة)، ومقيمين لقرابين السُّوما. وهكذا بلغوا في هذا العالم منزلةً مكرّمة وعُرفًا مقبولًا.

It affirms that spiritual authority and social honour arise from śruti-based learning, proper dīkṣā, and disciplined yajña—outer dharma supporting inner purity that ripens into devotion to Śiva, the supreme Pati.
By praising orthodox initiation and sacrificial discipline, the verse frames a dharmic foundation from which Saguna Śiva-upāsanā (including Liṅga worship) becomes steady and efficacious—ritual order culminating in focused bhakti.
