चंदनैः कुंकुमैश्चैव धूपैर्दीपैरनेकशः । नैवेद्यैर्विविधैश्चैव पूजयित्वा ततश्शिवम्
caṃdanaiḥ kuṃkumaiścaiva dhūpairdīpairanekaśaḥ | naivedyairvividhaiścaiva pūjayitvā tataśśivam
بمعجون الصندل والكُنكُما، وبالبخور وبمصابيح كثيرة الأنواع، وبقرابين الطعام المتنوعة (نايفيديا)، ينبغي أن تُقام عبادةُ الربّ شِيفا؛ فإذا ما أُكرم شِيفا على هذا النحو، يُتابَع الطقسُ بتفانٍ وخشوع.
