By stressing yathāvidhi (proper procedure), it points to Saguna worship—ritual celebration, offerings, and communal observance—through which devotees align mind and action toward Shiva as Pati, the Lord who grants grace and liberation.
Perform worship as prescribed (yathāvidhi): orderly pūjā, mantra-recitation (including Panchākṣarī, if part of the rite), and reverent participation with saintly company—prioritizing discipline, purity, and devotion.
