पार्वत्याः यात्रासंस्कारः तथा पातिव्रत्योपदेशः / Preparations for Girijā’s Auspicious Journey and the Teaching on Pātivratya
एवम्पतिव्रताधर्मो वर्णितस्ते गिरीन्द्रजे । तद्भेदाञ् शृणु सुप्रीत्या सावधानतयाऽद्य मे
evampativratādharmo varṇitaste girīndraje | tadbhedāñ śṛṇu suprītyā sāvadhānatayā'dya me
هكذا، يا ابنةَ سيّدِ الجبال، قد وصفتُ لكِ دَرْمَ الزوجةِ المخلصة (باتيفراتا). والآن، بفرحٍ وانتباهٍ حذر، اصغي اليوم منّي إلى أقسامه المتعددة.
