मेनावरलाभवर्णनम् — Description of Menā’s Attainment of Boons
and the worship leading to Umā’s advent
शिवाविन्यस्तचेतस्का सप्तविंशतिवत्सरान् । निनाय मेनका प्रीत्या परं सा मृष्टवर्चसा
śivāvinyastacetaskā saptaviṃśativatsarān | nināya menakā prītyā paraṃ sā mṛṣṭavarcasā
وقد ثبّتت قلبها في الربّ شِيفا؛ فميناكا ربّت (ابنتها) بمحبة طوال سبعٍ وعشرين سنة. فغدت (بارفتي) في غاية الإشراق، وقد صُقِل بهاؤها وتطهّر بتلك العبادة الثابتة.
