निस्सार्य सकलान्देवान्दैत्यानस्थापयत्ततः । स्वयं नियोजयामास देवयोनिस्स्वकर्मणि
nissārya sakalāndevāndaityānasthāpayattataḥ | svayaṃ niyojayāmāsa devayonissvakarmaṇi
وبعد أن طردَ جميعَ الدِّيفات، أقامَ الدَّيتْيَاتِ في مناصبهم. وهو—المولود من سلالةٍ إلهية—تولّى بنفسه تعيينَ كلِّ واحدٍ في عمله اللائق به.

By portraying governance and re-establishment of order, the verse points to Saguna Shiva’s role as the active Lord who regulates the cosmos; Linga-worship honors that sovereign principle (Pati) who ordains duties and restores dharma.
The practical takeaway is svadharma-niṣṭhā: steady performance of one’s ordained duty as an offering to Shiva, supported by daily japa of the Panchakshara ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") to align action with divine order.
