It highlights the Shaiva teaching that divine grace (anugraha) is the enabling power behind manifestation and spiritual accomplishment; without Shakti’s sanction, no capacity for action or fruition arises.
It explains why Saguna worship (form, qualities, līlā) is effective: manifest divinity is accessible through grace, and the Linga represents Shiva inseparable from Shakti—the power that makes worship, experience, and results possible.
Cultivate reliance on grace through bhakti and japa—especially the Panchakshara mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya)—along with disciplined worship (puja/abhisheka) done with humility, recognizing that attainment depends on Shiva-Shakti’s anugraha.
