It affirms Śiva as Antaryāmī (the indwelling Lord) and highlights that divine grace and omniscience arise from his intimate presence within all beings—supporting a bhakti-based surrender to Pati (the Supreme Lord).
Though Śiva is inwardly present as Antaryāmī (subtle), devotees approach him in Saguna form through Linga worship—an outward support for focusing devotion on the same all-knowing Lord addressed here.
A practical takeaway is inward remembrance (smaraṇa) of Śiva as Antaryāmī while repeating the Pañcākṣarī mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” cultivating humility and surrender to his compassion.
