يا باراميشڤارا، كلّ ما كان وما هو كائن وما سيكون—ثابتًا كان أو متحرّكًا—قد انبثق على كلّ وجه من ذاتك الإلهية ومن جسدك الربّاني.

Cosmic Event: Cosmic emanation of all temporal modes (past-present-future) and all beings (moving/immobile) from the divine source.
It affirms Shiva as Pati—the supreme cause and ground of time (past, present, future) and all beings (moving and unmoving), guiding the devotee to total surrender and non-separative devotion as a basis for liberation.
By declaring all manifestation as arising from Parameśvara, it supports Saguna worship—approaching Shiva through Linga and form as the accessible presence of the same supreme reality from whom the cosmos proceeds.
Meditate on Shiva as the source and indweller of all—japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with an offering of bilva leaves to the Linga, cultivating the insight that all time and all beings are pervaded by Him.
