वत्सं कीले स्वयं बद्धुं यत्नं चैवाकरोत्तदा । ब्राह्मणस्स गृहस्वामी मुनयो दुग्धलालसः
vatsaṃ kīle svayaṃ baddhuṃ yatnaṃ caivākarottadā | brāhmaṇassa gṛhasvāmī munayo dugdhalālasaḥ
ثم إنّ ذلك البرهمن ربّ البيت بذل جهده بنفسه ليربط العجل إلى وتد. وفي تلك الأثناء كان الحكماء—المتلهّفون إلى اللبن—ينظرون مترقّبين، قاصدين نيل ما يلزم لشعائرهم ولإكرام الضيف.
