उभयं शृणवच्च न इन्द्रो अर्वागिदं वचः । सत्राच्या मघवा सोमपीतये धिया शविष्ठ आ गमत् ॥

ubháyaṃ śṛṇávac ca na índro arvā́g idáṃ vácaḥ | satrā́cyā maghávā sóma-pītaye dhiyā́ śáviṣṭha ā́ gamat ||

ليسمعْنا إندرا من الجانبين، وليدنُ من هذه الكلمة. وليأتِ الكريمُ، السائرُ مستقيمًا في مساره، بقوّة الـdhī (البصيرة/الفكر المتأمّل) إلى شربِ السُّوما؛ وليصلْ إلينا، وهو الأشدّ بأسًا.
