अग्न आ याह्यग्निभिर्होतारं त्वा वृणीमहे । आ त्वामनक्तु प्रयता हविष्मती यजिष्ठं बर्हिरासदे ॥
Transliteration
ágne ā́ yāhy agníbhir hótāraṃ tvā vṛṇīmahe | ā́ tvām anaktu práyatā havíṣmatī yájiṣṭhaṃ bárhir āsáde ||
Translation
يا أغني، أقبِلْ مع نيرانك؛ إنّا نختارك هوتَر (الكاهن الداعي للقربان). لِيَمْسَحْكَ الهَفِسُ المُهَيَّأُ بإتقان؛ أقبِلْ، يا أقدرَ من يُقيم اليَجْنَة، واجلسْ على البَرْهِس (العشب المقدّس).
