Sukta 8.27
अस्ति हि वः सजात्यं रिशादसो देवासो अस्त्याप्यम् । प्र णः पूर्वस्मै सुविताय वोचत मक्षू सुम्नाय नव्यसे ॥
ásti hí vaḥ sajā́tyaṃ riśādaso devāso ’sty ā́pyam | prá ṇaḥ pū́rvasmai suvitā́ya vocata mákṣū sumnā́ya návyase ||
إنّ لكم حقًّا قرابةً واحدة، يا مُبدِّدي الأذى؛ أيّها الآلهة، وإنّ لكم أيضًا انتماءً مشتركًا. فقولوا لنا عن السبيل الصالح القديم، سبيل السَّير القويم؛ وأسرِعوا فبلِّغونا نعمةً أحدثَ وسعادةً وهناءً.
