रक्षा णो अग्ने तव रक्षणेभी रारक्षाणः सुमख प्रीणानः । प्रति ष्फुर वि रुज वीड्वंहो जहि रक्षो महि चिद्वावृधानम् ॥
Transliteration
rákṣā no agne táva rákṣaṇebhī rārakṣāṇáḥ su-makha prīṇānáḥ | práti sphura ví ruja vīḷv áṃho jahí rákṣo máhi cit vāvṛdhānáṃ ||
Translation
احفظْنا، يا أغني، بقوى حِمايتك—حامياً لنا، يا جميلَ الوجه، فرِحاً. اضربْ رَدّاً، وامزّقْ الشرَّ الكثيفَ المُطبق؛ واقتلِ الرَّكشَس (Rakṣas) وإن كان قد تعاظمَ واشتدّ.
