तमर्वन्तं न सानसिमरुषं न दिवः शिशुम् । मर्मृज्यन्ते दिवेदिवे ॥

tám árvantaṃ na sānasím aruṣáṃ na diváḥ śíśum | marmṛ́jyante divé-dive ||

يُجَلُّونَهُ ويُصَقِّلُونَهُ يومًا بعد يوم—كجوادٍ سابِقٍ للغَلَبة، وكطفلِ السماء الأَحْمَرِ القاني—حتى تَغدو شُعلتُهُ تامّةً في هيئتِها المُشِعّة.
