Pataṅga / Solar-bird (mystic Sun); associated with Asura (sovereign) and the Marīcīs (rays)
يتأمّل هذا النشيد الوجيز، شديد الغموض الصوفي، في پَتَنْغا، المبدأ الشمسي «ذو الجناحين»، بوصفه شمسَ الوعي الخفيّة التي يدركها الراؤون عبر القلب والعقل. ويربط طائرَ الشمس هذا بمايا الأسورا (قوّة التشكيل السياديّة)، وبالمَرِيتشِيّات (أشعّة الاستنارة)، وبـڤاك (الكلمة المُلهَمة) المحروسة عند مقام رِتا (نظام الحقّ/الصدق).

पतंगमक्तमसुरस्य मायया हृदा पश्यन्ति मनसा विपश्चितः । समुद्रे अन्तः कवयो वि चक्षते मरीचीनां पदमिच्छन्ति वेधसः ॥
يُبصِرُ الرُّؤاةُ المُستنيرونَ بالقلبِ والعقلِ «ذو الجناحين»، الممسوحَ بمَايَا الأَسورا—قوّةِ التشكيل. وفي بحرِ الوعيِ يَتَبَيَّنُ الشُّعراءُ؛ والـوِدْهَسُ يَلتمسونَ مقامَ الأشعّة (موطنَ الإشراقات).

पतंगो वाचं मनसा बिभर्ति तां गन्धर्वोऽवदद्गर्भे अन्तः । तां द्योतमानां स्वर्यं मनीषामृतस्य पदे कवयो नि पान्ति ॥
ذو الجناحين يحمل «الكلمة» في الذهن؛ والغندرفا نطق بها في رحم الكائنات من الداخل. تلك الإلهام المتلألئ، المشرق كالشمس—يحرسه الرُّؤاة ويشربونه عند موضع Ṛta (نظام الحقّ).
