Sukta 10.14
अङ्गिरसो नः पितरो नवग्वा अथर्वाणो भृगवः सोम्यासः । तेषां वयं सुमतौ यज्ञियानामपि भद्रे सौमनसे स्याम ॥
áṅgiraso naḥ pitáro návagvā átharvāṇo bhṛ́gavaḥ sómyāsaḥ | téṣāṃ vayáṃ sumatáu yajñíyānām ápi bhadré saumanasé syāma ||
آباؤنا هم الأَنْغِيرَسَةُ، والنَّفَغْوَةُ، والآثَرْفَانُ، والبْهْرِغُو—أولئك الذين يَسْتَلِذّونَ بسُوما. فَلْنَكُنْ نحنُ أيضًا في رِضى هؤلاءِ المستحقّينَ لليَجْنَا؛ ولْنَدْخُلْ في وَئامٍ نبيلٍ للقلبِ والفكر.
