Transliteration

tvayā tu nṛpa-śārdūla doṣam evānuvartatā |

laghun eva manuṣyeṇa strītvam eva puraskṛtam ||

Translation

أما أنتَ، يا نمرَ الملوك، فقد اتّبعتَ العيبَ وحده واستسلمتَ له؛ وكأنك رجلٌ وضيعٌ قدّمتَ الضعفَ، كأنّ الأنوثةَ بذاتها سببٌ للريبة.
