Hanuman’s Report and Praise of the Vanara Host
ब्राह्ममैन्द्रं च रौद्रं च वायव्यं वारणं तथा।यदि शक्रजितोऽस्त्राणि दुर्निरीक्षाणि संयुगे।।।।तान्यहं वधिष्यामि हनिष्यामि च राक्षसान्।
brāhmam aindraṃ ca raudraṃ ca vāyavyaṃ vāruṇaṃ tathā | yadi śakrajito 'strāṇi durnirīkṣāṇi saṃyuge || tāny ahaṃ vadhiṣyāmi haniṣyāmi ca rākṣasān ||
«ولو أن إندراجيت استعمل في المعركة تلك الأسلحة الإلهية التي يعسر النظر إليها—أسلحة براهما، وإندرا، ورودرا، وإله الريح، وفارونا—لأبطلتُها ولقتلتُ الرَّاكشاسا.»
"Even if the missiles used by Indrajit are Brahmastra, Indrastra, Rudrastra, Vayavastra, Varunastra which are difficult to see. I will destroy them in war and kill them.
Protective courage in service of righteousness: strength is dhārmic when used to defend the innocent and oppose adharma, not for domination.
Hanumān reassures Sītā of the Vānara side’s capability, claiming he can withstand even Indrajit’s most formidable celestial weapons.
Vīrya (valor) joined with purpose: Hanumān’s confidence is presented as protective resolve directed toward justice.
