rāmeti rāmeti sadaiva buddhyā vicintya vācā bruvatī tam eva | tasyānurūpāṃ ca kathāṃ tadartham evaṃ prapaśyāmi tathā śṛṇomi ||
"I am always meditating upon Rama and thinking of him alone. I am talking about things related to him. Because of that I see him and hear him.
Steadfastness (dhṛti) in dharma is sustained by right remembrance: Sītā keeps her inner life anchored to Rāma’s righteousness rather than yielding to despair.
Sītā explains how continuous remembrance and speech about Rāma makes his presence feel perceptible even in separation.
Loyalty and mental discipline—single-pointed fidelity (ananyacittatā) in thought and speech.
