Trijata’s Dream-Omens and the Rakshasis’ Reversal
विमानात्पुष्पकादद्य रावणः पतितो भुवि।कृष्यमाणः स्त्रिया दृष्टो मुण्डः कृष्णाम्बरः पुनः।।5.27.23।।
vimānāt puṣpakād adya rāvaṇaḥ patito bhuvi |
kṛṣyamāṇaḥ striyā dṛṣṭo muṇḍaḥ kṛṣṇāmbaraḥ punaḥ ||5.27.23||
«ومرّةً أخرى، اليوم رأيتُ رافانا: قد سقط من المركبة الطائرة بوشباكا إلى الأرض—محلوقَ الرأس، لابسًا السواد، تُجرّه امرأة.»
"He was wearing red garlands and unguents, his body smeared with oil. He was drinking, laughing and dancing, his mind and senses perplexed. He was driving on a chariot yoked to donkeys.
