Bharata at Bharadvāja’s Hermitage
वशिष्ठादिभिः ऋत्विग्भिर्याचितो भगवांस्ततः।उवाच तं भरद्वाजः प्रसादाद्भरतं वचः।2.90.19।।
vaśiṣṭhādibhiḥ ṛtvigbhir yācito bhagavāṃs tataḥ |
uvāca taṃ bharadvājaḥ prasādād bharataṃ vacaḥ || 2.90.19 ||
حينئذٍ، وقد التمس فَسِشْتَه وسائر الكهنة، تكلّم الجليل بهاردفاجا—وقد سُرَّ—بهذه الكلمات إلى بهاراتا.
Dharma is upheld through wise mediation: priests and preceptors facilitate a truthful, orderly resolution by requesting the sage to guide Bharata.
After Bharata’s appeal, Vasiṣṭha and other priests ask Bharadvāja to respond; Bharadvāja agrees and begins speaking.
