He (Bharata) halted in that charming forest for a while, proceeded eastwards till he reached a place known as Ujjihana garden abounding in spriyaka trees.
Dharma includes measured conduct: even in urgency, Bharata halts appropriately, balancing speed with the practical needs of travel and those who accompany him.
Bharata pauses briefly in a forest and then proceeds to a garden associated with Ujjihānā.
Self-control and prudence—he regulates pace rather than acting recklessly.
