sa rāvaṇaḥ samāgamya vidhivattena rakṣasā |

mārīcenārcito rājā sarvakāmair amānuṣaiḥ ||

Translation

فلما قدم الملك رافانا، استقبله الرّاكشاسا ماريتشا وأكرمه على سننِ العرفِ القويم، مقدّماً له لذّاتٍ فوق بشرية تُشبع كلَّ رغبة.
