Concept: Where dharma is strong, society becomes safe and gentle; inner refinement manifests outwardly as non-violence and good character.

Application: Cultivate ‘svargic’ qualities at home: reduce harm, practice truthfulness, keep company with sādhus, and adopt simple vrata-like restraints that increase sattva (e.g., ekādaśī moderation even when not fasting fully).

Primary Rasa: shanta

Secondary Rasa: adbhuta

Type: celestial_realm

Visual Art Cues: {"scene_description":"A serene celestial city shows open gates with no guards needed: no thieves, no fear—only gentle citizens in white garments moving through clean avenues lined with flowering trees. FAQs

It portrays an idealized region/community characterized by the absence of criminality and by generally refined, gentle, and virtuous people.

In Purāṇic usage, “mleccha” typically denotes those seen as outside Vedic cultural-linguistic norms; the verse uses it as a social descriptor within its own traditional framework.

It implies that social harmony is associated with restraint from wrongdoing (no banditry) and with cultivated virtues such as gentleness and moral excellence.
