यद्ब्रह्मणः परं ज्योतिः प्रविष्टाक्षरमव्ययम् । योंतरात्मा परं ब्रह्म स विज्ञेयो महेश्वरः

ذلك النورُ الأسمى الذي فوقَ براهما، وقد دخلَ في غير الفاني وغير المتبدّل؛ هو الذاتُ الباطنة، والبراهمانُ الأعلى—وهو الذي ينبغي أن يُعرَف باسم ماهيشڤارا (Maheśvara).
