तस्मिंस्तमसि दुष्पारे गभस्तिर्नैव दृश्यते । दैत्यस्य च ततस्तूर्णं शरैरग्निशिखोपमैः

tasmiṃstamasi duṣpāre gabhastirnaiva dṛśyate | daityasya ca tatastūrṇaṃ śarairagniśikhopamaiḥ

وفي ذلك الظلام العسير الاختراق والعسير العبور لم يُرَ شعاعٌ قط. ثم سُرعان ما أُصيب الدَّيتيا بسهامٍ كألسنةِ النار.
