Instruction to Śatrughna and the Mobilization for Rāma’s Aśvamedha
वसिष्ठ उवाच । रामचंद्र महाबाहो समयः पर्यभूत्तव । हयो यत्र प्रमुच्येत यज्ञार्थं परिपूजितः
vasiṣṭha uvāca | rāmacaṃdra mahābāho samayaḥ paryabhūttava | hayo yatra pramucyeta yajñārthaṃ paripūjitaḥ
قال فاسيشثا: «يا راماشاندرا، يا عظيم الساعد، لقد حان وقتك المعيَّن—الوقت الذي ينبغي فيه إطلاق الحصان، بعد أن يُكرَّم على الوجه اللائق لأجل اليَجْنَا، في الموضع المعيَّن.»

Sandhi Resolution Notes: paryabhūt(tava) = paryabhūt + tava; yajñārtham = yajña + artham.
The verse alludes to the aśvamedha-style rite where a consecrated horse, after being ritually honored, is released to wander as part of the sacrifice’s procedure.
Vasiṣṭha is speaking to Rāmacandra, stating that the proper time has come to release the duly worshipped horse for the sacrifice.
The emphasis is on acting at the proper time (samaya) and performing rites with due honor and correctness, reflecting discipline and fidelity to dharma.
