इति स्वर्गेऽपि देवानां नास्ति सौख्यं विचारतः । क्षयश्च विषयासिद्धौ स्वर्गे भोगाय कर्मणाम्

iti svarge'pi devānāṃ nāsti saukhyaṃ vicārataḥ | kṣayaśca viṣayāsiddhau svarge bhogāya karmaṇām

وهكذا، حتى في السماء لا ينال الآلهة سعادةً حقيقية عند التأمل؛ فإذا تعذّرت موضوعات اللذة، استُنفِد أيضًا ثواب الأعمال التي أُنجزت لأجل متعٍ سماوية.
