इंद्रं हि दृष्ट्वा सुकला यथा भवेत्स्नेहानुगा चारुविलोचनेयम् । तैस्तैः प्रभावैर्गुणवाक्ययुक्तैर्नयस्व वश्यं च प्रिये सखे शृणु

iṃdraṃ hi dṛṣṭvā sukalā yathā bhavetsnehānugā cāruvilocaneyam | taistaiḥ prabhāvairguṇavākyayuktairnayasva vaśyaṃ ca priye sakhe śṛṇu

فإن سوكالَا إذا رأت إندرا مالت بالمحبة، وهي الحسناء ذات العينين كعيون الظبية. فبشتّى وجوه التأثير والإقناع، وبكلماتٍ مقرونةٍ بمدح فضائله، اجعله خاضعًا لسلطانك؛ واسمع يا صديقي الحبيب.
