Application: See personal life within a larger sacred continuity—honor teachers and lineages; cultivate guṇas (virtues) as the true ‘birth’ of a brāhmaṇa.

FAQs

It indicates an unmanifest, primordial source from which Brahmā emerges—pointing to a pre-creation principle beyond visible form.

Prajāpati represents the generative, progenitor function in cosmic genealogy, showing the transition from the creator (Brahmā) to the propagation of beings.

It elevates inner virtues (guṇas as excellence/qualities) as the basis of spiritual stature, portraying Bhṛgu’s authority as grounded in character and realization, not merely birth.
