आदित्यतेजः समतेजसां गणैः प्रभाति वै रश्मिभिर्जातरूपः । पुष्पैः फलैः कामगुणोपपन्नः कल्पद्रुमो नंदनकाननेपि

إنّ جاتاروبا يتلألأ بضياء كضياء الشمس، وبأشعّته يَفوق جموعًا من ذوي البهاء المماثل؛ وهو مزدان بالأزهار والثمار التي تُتمّ كل رغبة، كأنه شجرةُ الكَلبَدرُما المُعطية للأمنيات حتى في غابة نندانا.
