Description of the Origin of the Cosmic Egg (Brahmāṇḍa) and the Ocean as King of Tīrthas

अद्भ्यो गंधः समुत्पन्नो गंधात्क्षितिरजायत । चराचरस्य निष्ठा तु भूमावेव प्रदृश्यते ॥ ५९ ॥

adbhyo gaṃdhaḥ samutpanno gaṃdhātkṣitirajāyata | carācarasya niṣṭhā tu bhūmāveva pradṛśyate || 59 ||

من المياه نشأت خاصية العِطر (gandha)؛ ومن العِطر وُلدت الأرض (kṣiti/bhūmi). حقًّا إن منتهى كل ما يتحرك وما لا يتحرك يُرى في الأرض وحدها.
