Description of Pilgrimage to the Sacred Fords
यत्र तत्र स्थितस्यापि गाणपत्यं विधीयते । प्राणांस्तु तत्र संत्यज्य मुक्तिमात्यंतिकीं व्रजेत् ॥ ६७ ॥
yatra tatra sthitasyāpi gāṇapatyaṃ vidhīyate | prāṇāṃstu tatra saṃtyajya muktimātyaṃtikīṃ vrajet || 67 ||
أينما كان المرء مقيمًا تُشرَع له المداومة على العبادة المكرَّسة لغانابتي (Gaṇapati). وإذا أسلم هناك أنفاس الحياة، بلغ التحرّر الأقصى والنهائي.

It teaches that Gaṇapati-devotion is a universally applicable discipline (not limited by location) and that dying in the sanctified setting associated with that worship is said to culminate in ātyantikī mukti—final liberation.
By emphasizing that Gāṇapatya worship is to be practiced “wherever one is,” the verse frames bhakti as portable and constant; steadfast devotion, especially in a sacred tirtha/mahatmya context, is presented as spiritually transformative up to liberation.
Ritual application is implied through vidhi (prescription): it points to practical kalpa-style discipline—how a specific vrata/puja (Gāṇapatya) is to be undertaken regardless of place, with the fruit (phala) described as moksha.
