It emphasizes that ritual efficacy (siddhi) is not random: specific, prescribed offerings—flowers and empowered substances—combined with sustained practice over a defined period (one month) are said to produce reliable results.
Although framed as technical ritual instruction, it reflects bhakti-style upacāra (devotional offerings): carefully chosen flowers and substances offered with discipline and continuity are presented as a means to make a sādhana fruitful.
It highlights applied ritual science—selection of dravya (materials) and kāla (time period) for a rite—an example of technical guidance aligned with kalpa/prayoga-style ritual procedure.
